Subject: Regulamentation of Non-Conventional Therapies

Law No. 45/2003 of August 22, came to frame the activity and exercise of professionals from non-conventional therapies. However, more than six years on the 180 days established for the regulation of this law, this process remains stalled, with serious damage to professionals and citizens to whom they resort.
In the last answer to a question of the Parliamentary Group of the Left Bloc[i] on this subject in April 2010, the Health Ministry merely report that predicted “will soon resume work on the regulation of Law No. 45/2003 22 August, with the appointment of a new coordinator. “ Since then until now new developments are not known.
